During the era of Alcohol Prohibition, Americans knew they had this power, and they voted NOT GUILTY in 60% of alchohol 'criminal cases' brought forward, leading to the end of Prohibition. Process



Get on a jury



If you are already chosen for a jury, and discovered jury nullification after the fact you are in the clear and can decide to vote not guilty if there were no victims. If you have jury duty upcoming, please do not perjure yourself, and reach out to hackthedrugwar@gmail.com if you have any questions.



Take Action



If there aren't any victims, say Not Guilty. Do not tell your fellow jurors why, just say 'I do not feel there is enough evidence for a guilty verdict.' If your fellow jurors berate you, continue with the line 'I do not feel there is enough evidence for a guilty verdict' and don't take their emotional reaction personally.
